All of the reinforced couplers from TurboLogic Performance have four plies of reinforcement (with the exception of heater hose, which has a single ply of reinforcement)... add to that the interior liner and exterior jacket, and there are up to six layers to provide exceptional strength and durability. The burst ratings are unparalleled. For example, a 2 inch interior diameter straight coupler has an actual burst strength of 442 PSI. Most pieces are polyester reinforced and have an operating temperature to approximately 350-degrees F. Additionally, there are aramid reinforced pieces with an operating temperature range to approximately 550-degrees F.
